Collision Avoidance System (CAS)
CAS system observes, detects and gives warnings to machine operators, equipped pedestrians and sends notification to field managers as well as control centers of existing problems.
The size and inherent blind spots of most of mining vehicles make it impossible for operators to be aware of pedestrians, machines and vehicles. CAS provides substantial enhancement of the level of driver`s awareness by predictive detection system and gives visual and audible warning.

Radar system can be used both underground and surface applications. It could be implemented to the existing level 9 for opencast mining fields. The system will now be more sensitive to all objects but not limited to machines, vehicles and pedestrians.
Service tracking is a feature in our vehicle computer which sends instantaneous clock information to our server via GSM. Our system will calculate the next service date of the vehicle, considering the previously defined service interval time for the vehicle. The vehicle list on the menu will show the remaining service time for each machine and there will be colour codes for user notification.
Digital Pre-Use Inspection Form Management (Via Mobile App)
Each shift requires a new machine operator. This means that for each new shift there will be a new and alert operator for the vehicle. As these changes are made it is imperative that the operator and the supervisor complete the pre-use inspection forms according to the DMR`s law. The supervisor and operator must sign this form using their finger prints via the mobile app after it has been correctly filled. Each pre-use inspection form must be placed on the vehicle profile as well as the pre-use inspection form history. Each form is downloadable and can also be printed.
Break-Down Report (Mobile App + Web)
Break-down report can only be created by supervisors and authorized staff members on the digital platform via mobile app. If there is a failure or a break down in the field, the supervisors in the field should inform the workshop about the failure or break down status of the vehicle. For this purpose, the form is filled on the digital platform and the workshop is automatically informed about this failure.
Job Card Management (Mobile App + Web)
If the Breakdown Report is accepted by the workshop, the system creates an automatic job card. This is a card that keeps track of everything that happens during the repair of the vehicle by the mechanical technicians.
Engine Protection and Monitoring System (EPMS)
Engine failures are costly and disrupt production for prolonged periods and engine failures can occur due to many reasons. Most of the manufacturers still rely on a single monitoring gauge. Often the gauge failures are only realized when there is a problem at the engine such as overheating, oil loss etc. Many products around the world only monitor some of the events. Our Engine Monitoring Protection System offers a full protection with live monitoring through the new technological implementations. All parameters can be configured to suit all types of machines and brands regardless of the volume or size of the machines. EMPS provides independent engine monitoring & protection system. EMPS monitors the following events.

The Engine Monitoring Protection System also stores an array of fault logs that can be accessed at a later stage to investigate engine failures. This digital output system can be connected to our fleet management system. EMPS is designed to monitor and give early warnings before the machine failure occurs and after a certain point of time, the system will automatically stop the machine in order to prevent catastrophic engine failures. Auto-Engine Stop System is automatically activated just before critical engine failures happen. The Engine Monitoring Protections System provides the following benefits; preventing large repair cost, engine failures and loss of production, improved machine productivity, and reduces extra expenses with increased profits.
If the operator’s conditions are appropriate, this control system, which is integrated with the vehicle computer, will allow the vehicle to start. In case of nonconformity, the vehicle will not be operational.

Production (Load) Management
Advanced Dumping Detections
The dumping detection system in the vehicle is integrated with the vehicle computer. The existing tipper in the Dump Trucks has a cable which is connected to the vehicle computer. This cable aids us to detect once the Dump Truck has completed a dumping task. The dumping information is then sent to the server that the system is running with GSM feature of the vehicle computer.
Loading Area Identification (Via Geofencing)
Geofencing tools helps us to determine vehicle dumping sites. Once dumping areas are identified and dump information from the vehicle computer is sent through, we can determine the type of vehicle located on the map as well as the material carried by that specific vehicle. The detection of the dumping areas should be related to the dumped products such as Coal, Top Soil, Hard Material etc.
We can calculate the vehicle’s budget with the existing modules in our Fleet Manager package. Load management module is used to calculate income according to the loading figures of the vehicles or by working hours. The budget of any vehicle can be easily calculated as we can determine the costs of the parts used for service and repair in the workshop.
Vehicle Productivity Reports
The reports of the reliability of the vehicles can be easily prepared and customized by our system. It is possible to obtain various reports such as efficiency/productivity report according to working hours and budget. There is a need for a solid database to have these types of reports.
The Fatigue Management system addresses the direct causes of fatigue, including sleep deprivation, long work hours, work during a circadian low point and night work etc. Fatigue is an issue that mine companies do not manage well.
When mines manage health and safety issues, the most important part is risk management. The same approach can be used to deal with fatigue-related issues after having our fatigue management system.
A discussion with each operator after generating their monthly driving behaviors is an imperative component of accident risk management checklist.
There are certain effects of fatigue on machine operators such as: delayed response, decrease in alertness, distorted judgment speed/ability, impaired memory, operator’s reduced field vision, increased risk of drowsiness and sleepiness. The aim of the Fatigue Management system is to improve and enhance the operator’s performance as well as business productivity, while considering both operators’ and other staff members’ safety. Our vehicle computer can obtain information whether the vehicle is in reverse mode or not. The reverse gear will be activated with the signal received from both the CAN bus or the vehicle’s reversing lamp. When the reverse gear signal is received from the reverse gear or from the reverse lamp, the display will be activated and will be showing the rear view of the machine.

The Geofencing feature is the ability to define fields by entering coordinates from the map or by specifying dots on the map. This feature has the ability to name the fields on the map and make specific definitions according to various algorithms.
